Using VideoSea
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use VideoSea lawfully. You are responsible for the prompts and media you submit and must have the rights needed to use them.
AI-generated content
AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate or similar to content produced for others. You must review generated content before relying on, publishing or distributing it. VideoSea does not guarantee that output is unique or fit for a particular purpose.
Credits and purchases
Generation uses credits according to the options shown before submission. Mobile purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its billing and refund rules. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless required by law.
Prohibited use
You may not use VideoSea to violate rights or law, create abusive or deceptive content, distribute malware, evade safeguards, overload the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may limit accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
